About Us
Welcome to ACASYS Development Corporation, a Property Development Firm with a mission to deliver a wide spectrum of commercial and residential premises that are both sustainable and durable.
Founded in 1987, the ACASYS Group started off with a very modest beginning as SN Low & Associates Sdn Bhd, an architectural consultancy in Malaysia. Over the years it has designed and delivered many iconic projects and buildings in Malaysia including the Haven in Ipoh, The ICON City in Petaling Jaya, The Forrest in Damansara and The Entry to the Guinness Book Of World Records for Faber Castell. It has also delivered projects overseas.
In 2012, the Acasys Group launched its own housing development project in Cebu, Philippines. It expanded in Luzon in 2013 and has delivered a variety of residential and commercial developments. It is now serving Manila area’s growing need for new residential property and real estate projects through impressive integrity and a commitment to delivering results with the highest quality standards.
